TRICARE Supplement Insurance Plans

You are eligible for the TRICARE Supplement If you’re enrolled in TRICARE. This includes the following individuals:

  1. Military retirees and their families
  2. Spouses/children of active duty service persons
  3. National Guard and Reserve members and their families

CHAMPVA Supplement Insurance Plans

  • Eligible Spouses and Dependent Children of a disabled veteran are eligible if they are covered by CHAMPVA and are GEA members.
  • A widow(er) is eligible for coverage as well as their Dependent Children.
  • Unmarried Dependent Children under age 18, or under 23 if enrolled as a full-time student, may also enroll.
  • Eligible Spouse means a spouse who is under age 65 and not legally separated or divorced from the disabled veteran.
  • Individuals who are Medicare beneficiaries may not enroll in the CHAMPVA Supplement Insurance Plan.
