recognizes and shares the privacy concerns of visitors to
our website. GEA's Privacy & Security Policy informs website

What
personal information does GEA collect about me?
Visitors
to GEA's website browse the site anonymously. Visitors are

household to underwrite the risk and provide an accurate insurance
rate quote for GEA insurance carriers. When you request rates
or other information, GEA always asks for your name and e-mail
address. GEA asks for additional information if you decide
to purchase a policy, including credit card number, address,
social security number, telephone number, dependent names,
health information, physician names and addresses, and beneficiary,
if necessary. Social Security information is optional in some
states.
Some
of this information is obtained from you, and confirmed or
supplemented through information obtained from various consumer
reporting agencies, which provide health information, claim
reports and credit reports. Upon request, GEA will provide
the source of these consumer reports and their customer service
phone numbers for verification and correction of your information.
Depending
upon your state of residence, the information requested could

GEA uses a secure server and security protocol to safeguard
